Announcement on the increase of the shareholders'
equity
Esteemed customers,
Pursuant to Article 87, and connected with
Article 88, Section 2 of the Rule book of the Central
Deposit Agency d.d. (in the following text: the Agency) and
with the Decree by the Commercial
Court in Šibenik of 15 May,2008, number: Tt-08/300-3, we
are informing You that the on June 2008, the Agency carried
out the registration of the increase in the
company's ownership equity for Jadranska banka
d.d. (in the following text: the company
).
At its General Meeting, held on 29 April 2008,
the company made a decision to increase its share capital
by issuing new shares.
The shareholders' equity has been increased by issuing 83.223
new ordinary shares marked JDBA-R-A, totalling kuna
2.000,00 each.
In this way, the shareholders' equity has been
increased from the amount of kuna 72.800.000,00 by
kuna 166.446.000,00 so that, following the increase, the
overall shareholders' equity totals kuna 239.246.000,00
and is divided into 119.623 ordinary shares marked
JDBA-R-A, to the amount of kuna 2.000,00 each.
