Instructions
for using a card at ATMs
- Insert a card in the slot so that magnetic tape is on
the lower right side.
- In case the device requires it from You, select a language.
- Select an amount or a service.
- Reply whether or not You want a receipt.
- Enter Your Pin number. Make sure that no one is attempting
to see it. Do not allow anyone trying to talk to
You to distract Your attention.
- In case You are asked to , press "enter" or "potvrdi"
- Wait.
- Take Your card.
- Take Your money.
- Take
Your receipt if confirmed that You wanted it. Do not throw
nor leave transaction receipts at a public
place.
Instructions
for using a card at a public place
- The
seller will pass your card through an EFT POS terminal and
print the amount of transaction.
- Do not leave a card unattended during a transaction.
- By entering Your PIN (secret number) or by signing a receipt, an identification will be carried out at a public place.
- The user must sign the appropriate evidence document of expenditure identically as the card and ask one copy of invoices for its own record.
- Do not throw nor leave transaction confirming receipts at a public place.
- Check if the expenditure made is identical to the amount to be debited to Your account.
- Keep the
bill and transaction confirming receipts and carefully
compare the amounts with those on
the statement on expenditures made. In case you come
across an unknown transaction, contact the Bank
immediately.
- Use all
cards at POS' with no compensation fees.
