  At opening a current account, You become a holder of a MBCARD/Maestro/Cirrus, an  international
  multi- purpose debit card which represents the basic and  obligatory instrument of free use of funds on a current  account. 
  
  
• CHEQUES AND CHEQUE BOOKS AT YOUR DISPOSAL
  You can use cheques of Jadranska banka d.d for paying at points of sale, for cash payouts at other banks and offices of the Croatian Post. Cheques and cheque books give You an opportunity to pay in installments or with deferrals. The advantage of this kind of payment  is twice as big because it enables the issuer to plan his own expenditures, and the beneficiary to discount the same cheques with collection guarantee regardless of the balance of the issuer's account.
  
  
• CURRENT ACCOUNT OVERDRAFTS
  Current account holders can use short-term loans totaling the triple amount of their monthly income. The time of withdrawing  loans or using permitted overdrafts of current accounts is not limited. The interest rate on permitted overdrafts totals 13,9%.
  
  Unallowed overdrafts represents a passive balance of current account over the permitted one and , together with an obligation to reduce the overdraft in the shortest possible time period within the permitted limits, the holder is liable to other sanctions. The interest rate on unallowed overdrafts amounts to 14,0%.
  Interest rates are subject to change pursuant to Bank's Decision on Interest Rates.  
  
  
• PAYOUTS OF PENSIONS THROUGH CURRENT ACCOUNTS
  Pensioners can receive their pensions thorough current accounts and the Bank, together with all benefits offered by current accounts, offers a special benefit of withdrawing pensions on the first day of each  month, with no fees or any other cost whatsoever.
  
  
• PERMANENT ORDERS
  By stipulating Contract on Permanent Order, Jadranska banka saves Your time and takes care of timely paying bills issued by HRT, CRONET and VIP-NET (paying fixed as well as  mobile phone services), with no charging of fees.
