Necessary documentation:
- A filled in loan request form,
- A confirmation of income certified by the
employer,
- For pensioners, a confirmation of the
pension amount ,
- The original document of the last pay or pension rolls
(or a certified copy of them),
- Copies of identity cards of loan
participants having registered residence in
the Republic of Croatia,
- A document in which the
JMBG (Unique citizen's identification
number) is visible ,
- A signed declaration of the consent to use
JMBG,
- For loan participants employed by companies
with less than 10 employees, free
professionals and artisans, information on
creditworthiness is required (BON2/SOL2 form of
the company, artisanship) the original or a copy
certified by FINA or an issuing bank, not older
than 15 days,
- In case a loan participant is employed by an
artisan /free professional, he must
additionally submit:
- an IP form for the last year,
certified by his employer,
- a survey of payouts for the current year
- Owners of artisanships and free
professionals must also present:
- a copy of Certificate of Artisanship and/or
Decree on Registration into Register of
Artisanships as well as a photocopy of all status
changes or, issued by a competent authority,
Decree on Registration in Artisanship Register-for free
professionals,
- a tax return declaration with a survey of all
incomes and outflows as well as a decision by
the Tax Administration for the last year,
- a survey of all incomes and outflows for
the current year,
- statement of transactions on the giro
account or information on creditworthiness- a BON
2/SOL 2 form ( original or a copy certified by FINA
or an issuing bank), not older than 15
days,
- confirmation by the Tax Administration
testifying all contributions and taxes have
been settled.
- If the loan user is a sailor on a foreign
ship, he must also present as follows:
- a confirmation by the employer on
his work status
and his monthly income in the last 12 months,
- a copy ( the original to be presented)
of the seaman's book where can be seen
embarkation and disembarkation dates ,
- a labour contract extended at least once in
the last year,
- a foreign currency account opened with a bank
through which he receives his salary.
The Bank reserves the right to ask for additional documentation if necessary.
