- The loans can be used by physical persons of age,
citizens of the Republic of Croatia.
- If they do not fulfill necessary preconditions, borrowers can offer 1 to 3 co-debtors.
- If a borrower does not have a full time job,
or is on maternity leave, a loan can be granted
with
a creditworthy co-debtor.
- It is desirable that not all loan participants are employed by the same employer.
- To the
following professions may belong only one loan participant: artisanship owners, free
professionals, persons
employed by a company/artisanship/free professionals with
less than 5 employees, persons working abroad,
persons receiving a pension from abroad or sailors
on foreign ships. In case one of such
persons is a loan user,
the Bank may require that a creditworthy co-debtor be
involved.
- The customer's status
implies having an open current
or another account with the Bank through which at least one of the following permanent incomes is realized: a
salary, a pension, compensation for milk or similar
regular monthly compensation, operating through
the giro account for owners of companies,
artisans
and free professionals.
- Loan participants may not be the following persons
unless they offer one creditworthy co-debtor: persons
employed by the companies in bankruptcy, persons
receiving only disability allowance or a pension
for minors , persons on sick leave for
more than
40 days.
- Participants in loans of physical persons must
not be employed by: legal persons, artisans, free
professions, those that showed a payment blockade in
the last 6 months lasting more than 15 days.
- The Bank reserves its discretional right not to
grant long-term loans (with maturity terms of more
than 12 months) to physical persons if the repayment maturity
date implies the loan participant age is over 65
. Exceptionally, the mentioned life age may be of
70 years if the loan participant offers a life insurance
policy, vinculated in favor of the Bank.
- In connection with particular requests, the Bank is not obliged to
explain the bases of its
decisions.
