With an offer of non-purpose loans out of own funds, Jadranska banka
makes possible to its customers quality realization of
their investment projects; purchase or sale of
building lots and business premises, purchase of machinery, vehicles
and similar. Also, we offer loans for financial restructuring,
purchasing equity
holdings, property and receivables owned by the Bank, as
well as loans for the construction of flats for the market
and for the reconstruction of parts of apartment
buildings and their installations, all owned
collectively.
The Bank has developed and has been improving a long term
collaboration with County Šibenik-Knin , Ministry for
Economy, Labour and Entrepreneurship as well as with Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and
Development. Based
on this, it renders an immeasurable contribution to the
development of small and medium size
entrepreneurship, artisanship, family farming and hospitality
economies.
