Lending programme - "Local development project-the entrepreneur" 

The programme is based on a long-term cooperation among the Bank, County Šibenik-Knin and Ministry for Economy, Labour and Entrepreneurship.

The loans out of this programme are aimed at small and medium size entrepreneurs, artisans ,cooperatives and institutions who mainly invest in producing activities and creating new jobs. To these loans are entitled entrepreneurs who invest in the area of this county.

The loans are granted for:

• Buying building lots in business areas created  by units of local government
• Buying, building, adapting or enlarging  existing facilities
• Purchasing equipment or single parts of it
• Obtaining operating means functioning as investments or for improving business operations
  ( up to 50% of the amount of a loan granted)

   1. Ministry - subsidizes 1%
   2. County- subsidizes 1%
   3. Ministry of Family, Homeland War Soldiers and Intergeneration Solidarity - subsidizes 2%
   4. Difference up to the real interest rate is funded by the borrower
      
      
4. "Women's entrepreneurship"
   1. Ministry- subsidizes 2%
   2. County - subsidizes 2%
   3. Difference up to the real interest rate is funded by the borrower
      
      
5. "Youth entrepreneurship"
   1. Ministry- subsidizes 2%
   2. County- subsidizes 2%
   3. Difference up to the real interest rate is funded by the borrower
      
      
6. "New technologies"
   1. Ministry -subsidizes 2%
   2. County- subsidizes 2%
