The programme is based on a long-term cooperation between
the Bank and County Šibenik-Knin.
The users of these
loans can be entrepreneurs having seat in the area of
this county and other entrepreneurs investing in the county regardless
where their head office, mentioned in their
companies' Memorandums of Association, is are
situated.
The loans are meant for:
- Buying building
lots in business areas
- Buying, building, adapting or enlarging existing
facilities
- Purchasing equipment or single parts of it
- Obtaining operating means
functioning as investments or for improving business
operations
( up to 30% of the amount of loan granted , except
for refinancing and refunding the existing
loans)
- Refinancing the existing unfavorable
loans (with interest rates of 9% or higher)
Repayment term: up to 10 years, grace period included in the repayment term,
Grace period: up to 2 years,
Interest
rates: 6,00 % per annum, changeable,
Fees: 0,80% to the
amount of loan granted, prior to loan use.
Lowest loan amount: euro 10.000,00 (counter value in kuna)
Highest
loan amount: not determined and depends on creditworthiness
and the project quality.
