The programme is based on a long-term cooperation
between the Bank and County Šibenik-Knin.
The users of these
loans can be entrepreneurs having their seats in the area of
this county as well as other entrepreneurs investing in the county,
regardless where their head office is.
The loans are granted for:
- Buying building
lots and appertaining land as well as for regulating infrastructure
- Buying,
building , adapting or enlarging existing
facilities
- Purchasing equipment or single parts of it
- Acquiring
means of transport or vessels in the function of entrepreneurship
- Acquiring
operating means
functioning as investments or for improving business
operations ( up to 30% of the amount of loan granted, except
for refinancing and refunding existing
loans)
- Refinancing existing unfavorable
loans (with an interest rate totaling 9% or more) or refunding
previously invested funds used for similar purposes.
Repayment term: up to 12 years,
Grace period: 1 to 2 years, included in the repayment term
Interest rates: the three-month EUROBOR + 3,7%,
Fees: 0,80% to the amount of loan granted is paid by County.
Lowest loan amount: euro 5.000,00 (counter value in kuna)
Highest
loan amount: not determined and depends on creditworthiness
and the quality of projects.
