- Hypothecation or mortgage
on property
the unburdened value of which, estimated by a
certified court witness, is bigger by at least:
- 3% for housing facilities, building lots in an urban area planned in detail or business premises for hospitality or service activities, or on an industrial plant, buildings or parcels in an industrial area as foreseen by an urban plan
- 5% bigger if other types of property are involved
- Property insurance policy vinculated
in favour of the Bank
- Guarantee by the Republic of Croatia
and other institutions
Instead of the above mentioned security
instruments, the customer can offer to the Bank
guarantees given by other legal and physical persons
whose value is assessed by the Bank itself.
The Bank asks from customers only one type of security and can, also, ask a combination of several
of them.
It accepts other kinds of security if an authorized body assesses that it is acceptable to the Bank.
It is a co-signatory of Agreement on Cooperation in Implementing Security programmes with HAMAG (Croatian Agency for Small Size Economy). This enables small and medium size entrepreneurs, customers of ours, to get a guarantee for repayment of entrepreneurs' loans in case they do not have sufficient loan security instruments at their disposal.
