Opening an operating account

• Documentation necessary for opening an operating account:
  1. Request for opening and keeping an operating account  (3 copies),
  2. Contract on Opening and Keeping an Operating Account  (3 copies),
  3. Declaration of Authorized Signatories (3 copies),
  4. Declaration of declaring/changing the status of a business account for ordinary operations (3 copies) .
     
     
• Together with the above mentioned documentation, it it necessary to enclose the following documents:
  1. FOR LEGAL PERSONS:
     1. Decision on Registering in Court Register,
     2. Notice on Classification by the State Institute for Statistics.
  2. FOR ARTISANS:
     1. Decision on Registering in Register of Artisans
  3. FOR ASSOCIATIONS :
     1. Decision on Registering in Associations Register,
     2.  Notice on Classification by the State Institute for Statistics.

Remark:
In case payment operations participants have more than one account open for regular operating, they must determine  which will be the one for executing and registering unexecuted bases for payment.
