The Bank charges fees for services of payment operations with foreign countries and inland currency operations, all  in accordance with Decision on Fee Tariffs.

FEE TARIFFS 
  I PAYMENT OPERATIONS WITH foreign countries
1. MONEY TRANSFERS  
1.1.  NOSTRO MONEY TRANSFERS (outflows)  
1.1.1. By orders of domestic and foreign legal persons ( in kuna countervalue)  
  up to  EUR 100.000,00 0,30% - 80,00 KN, min.
  100.001,00 - 500.000,00 EUR 0,25%
  500.001,00 EUR and above  0,20%-  15.000,00 KN, max.
1.1.2. Transfers from accounts of domestic and foreign  legal persons  0,3%  80,00- KN, min.
     
1.2. LORO  MONEY TRANSFERS (inflows)  
1.2.1. Transfers in favour of legal persons' accounts
  ( in kuna countervalue)

  Apart from a fee for conditional transfers, a fee from Tariff items 1.1. and 1.2 of   Decision on Tariffs is charged   
  Payment transaction operations for all humanitarian and charity purposes are carried out without any fees  
2. DOCUMENTARY CREDITS  
2.1. IMPORT (NOSTRO) LETTERS OF CREDIT  
2.1.1. Processing a request to the Bank's management   
2.1.2. opening a letter of credit with coverage depositing  0,3%  300,00 KN, min., payable one -time
2.1.3. opening a letter of credit with deferred coverage depositing  0,7% 400,00 KN, min. quarterly
2.1.4. obtaining a bank's confirmation 0,2%  300,00 KN, min. + real  costs
2.1.5. transfer of a letter of credit  0,3%  300,00 KN,min.
2.1.6. change of a letter of credit, cancellation and non -using a letter of credit 300,00 KN
2.2.  EXPORT (LORO) LETTERS OF CREDIT  
2.2.1. notifying with no obligation  0,1% 300,00 KN, min.  1.000,00 KN,max.
2.2.2. confirmation  upon agreement
2.2.3. change of a letter of credit conditions 300,00 KN payable one- time
2.2.4. transfer of a letter of credit  0,3%  300,00 KN,min.
2.2.5. assistance with completing documents  200,00 KN
2.2.6. taking over and reviewing documents 0,2%  400,00KN, min 
2.2.7. notification of a letter of credit through two inland banks 50% of the notification fee, no commitment
    
  • At paying on  loro or nostro letters of credit, the Bank charges fees from  tariff items .1.1 and 1.2. Fees are calculated and charged in advance quarterly,  not depending  on  the calendar quarter. Every commenced period is calculated as a whole one. If  the letter of credit passes into  7 day of a new  calendar period , the fee for that period is not calculated.
  • With term letters of credit, fees are credited until the expiry of the  payment term.
  • Fee collected is not refunded in case a letter of credit , for whatever reasons, is not used or not used in full.
  • Apart from fess mentioned above, the Bank charges all real costs it had in executing services in foreign currency or  in kuna operations, in the country or abroad.
3. GUARANTEES - in operations with abroad

3.1. NOSTRO GUARANTEES

  • At collection on guarantees, a commission on payments through transfers of this Decision is charged
  • Fee on nostro guarantees is charged and collected quarterly and in advance on a balance found 
  • The fee is charged on the real number of days in an accounting period.
  • In case of a  premature extinction of a guarantee, a refund of money paid in is not carried out
  • At issuing guarantees for orderly repayment of loans, the calculation base for fees is the obligation wholly guaranteed, i.e. the loan amount with belonging interest. If the customer with a loan obtained, for which the Bank issued a guarantee,  settles his debt towards the Bank,  the fee is reduced by 50%.
  • Together with all  costs specified, the principal bears real costs of a third party's operations charged  to the Bank (foreign bank costs, DHL and other costs).
 Commissions and fees are calculated for all customers classified in the A group. 
3.2. LORO GARANCIJE  
3.2.1. notification of a guarantee without an obligation 500,00 KN

3.2.2. confirmation upon a  special decision by the Bank's, depending on the country risk and the bank

  II OPERATIONS OF FOREIGN CURRENCY CLAIM SETTLEMENTS 
4. EFFECTIVE FOREIGN CURRENCY  
4.1. taking over effective foreign money  and cheques from a money exchanger  no fee
4.2. depositing  effective foreign money to a foreign currency account upon the collection of export of goods and services  0,30%
4.3. withdrawals of effective foreign money from the foreign currency account for business trips 0,5%
4.4. sale of effective foreign money for business trips 1%  100,00 KN,min
5. CHEQUES   
5.1. Taking over cheques from legal persons for sending them for collection with crediting foreign currency accounts   0,3%  100,00 KN, min.
6. FOREIGN CURRENCIES AND KUNA ACCOUNTS OF  FOREIGN LEGAL PERSONS  
6.1. opening and closing of  an account    no fee
6.2. payouts in effective foreign money 0,5%
6.3. for all other operations  is applied the same tariff as for domestic legal persons   
  III OTHER OPERATIONS
7.1. cancellation of a transfer 100,00 KN
7.2. foreign currency complaints 100,00 KN + real costs
7.3. remainders  
7.3.1. first remainder 30,00 KN
7.3.2. second remainder 50,00 KN
7.3.3. third remainder 70,00 KN

  • the customer must settle his matured  debts on all bases in advance (capital, interest, fee) within 15 days as of the obligation date of his obligation towards the Bank
  • Expired the date  and following the first reminder, a regulatory default interest is calculated for the whole period of his obligation towards the Bank.
  1. If the interest due  resulted out of purposes where the regular interest rate is bigger that the obligatory default interest rate, calculations of interest is applied on due payables at  the  bigger interest rate.
  2. Every subsequent reminder is sent in time intervals of 8 days and is charged in accordance with Decision (on the biggest tariff of reminder sending costs).
  IV REAL EXPENSES  
1. The principal must settle all commission and expenses charged by the foreign correspondent bank.  
2. Apart from fees foreseen by this Decision, the Bank charges all real expenses experienced in foreign currency  and kuna operations, in the country and abroad.
3. Real costs are charged  even then when by this Decision is foreseen that relative expenses are collected with no fees. The Bank may collect even other expenses encompassed with this Decision, if the same is regulated by a special agreement between the Bank and a beneficiary of a service.
  V GENERAL REGULATIONS
1. The Bank collects service fees from the beneficiary unless foreseen otherwise  by an agreement between  customers and the Bank.
2. For services not  envisaged with this Decision but  appearing  in the Bank's operations, the fee amount will be determined  between service users or with  a special decision.
3. Fees for services determined with this decision are the lowest  possible. The Bank will determine  even bigger fees, depending on market conditions of offer and demand and, also, by taking into consideration the  Bank's operating risk and expenses. A Decision mentioned  in previous count is made by the  Bank's  management.
4. Calculation of fees on guarantee operations the Bank will carry out every three months, at the end  of every quarter by using the EURO method (the real numberof use /360). The calculation base is the balance of guarantee obligation in the Bank's books.
5. For services of foreign currency operations delivered  by the Bank to its customers in the country, fees are calculated in kuna at the moment of executing services at the ruling selling rate of Jadranska banka d.d.. Šibenik. The collection of fees is done in advance, i.e. at the moment of the execution of services.
6. The calculation of fees for services delivered , as well as real costs referring to legal persons, mature immediately, at most,  within 15 days as of debiting. 
7. If the balance of receivables on fees bases , that in the meantime was calculated and collected, totals less than 1 kuna for citizens and 5 for legal persons, it is written off.
8. If a liquidation procedure is announced,  fee totaling less than 5 kuna is not reported in the bankruptcy estate.  The amount not collected is written off as extraordinary expenditure.  At publicizing a legal person's liquidation procedure,  the Bank will calculate fees, otherwise calculated quarterly, in advance for all  three quarters, i.e. for the whole period of obligation of the customer towards the Bank.
