SUCCESSFUL OPERATING AT THE END OF 2008

Jadranska banka d.d. realized very good performance at the end of the operating year 2008.
According to non-audited interim data for the January-December, 2008 period, the growth of balance sheet and operating profit continued.

By the end of this year, the overall balance sheet reached a sum totaling kuna 2.36 billion and, on the year 2007, it grew by 9 % whereas the annual plan was realized above the expectations.

For the twelve months of  2008, pre- tax profit amounted to kuna 46.5 million, which is by kuna 13.6 million ,or 41%,  better than the pre-tax profit for 2007, while the annual plan realized exceeded planned objectives
