In times of creating and establishing
the modern state of Croatia, the Bank operated in an
area hardy damaged by war activities. By providing the main
and, often, only financial support to economic subjects and
citizens, it enabled them to survive in the most difficult
but, also, glorious moments of Croatian history. |

1996. - 1998. |
|
By appreciating the contribution of
citizens to the strengthening of the Banks potential,
a very intensive activity towards this sector
was going on. In 1996 over kuna 50 million and in 1997
kuna 155 million, whereas in 1998 kuna 160 million. |

2002. |

The establishing of a network of
ATMs made possible a more rational and high quality approach
to operations with citizens. |

2003. |

The Bank's overall balance sheet
totaled kuna 1.584,3 million, the liable capital kuna
204,3 million, whereby the capital adequacy
ratio amounted to 20,9%. |

2004. |

The Bank realized an operating profit totaling
kuna 11.4 million, which guarantees a solid position
that it currently holds in a consolidated banking
market of Croatia and ensures that it will keep
it n forthcoming times, as well. |

2006. |
|
The overall balance sheet of the
Bank totaled kuna 1.781,1 million,
operating profit realized totaled kuna 30,7 million. Dividends
set aside for shareholders amount to kuna 180,00 a
share. |

2007. |
|
The overall Bank's balance-sheet was increased to
kuna 2.174,7 million. At the other hand, net operating
profit realized reached kuna 26,3 million, whereas
dividends paid to shareholders amounted to, as
one year before that, kuna 180,00 per share. |
