Bank's management   Ivo Šinko B. Econ.         Management president Year of birth: 1947.   Ivo Šinko was born in  Šibenik on 9 May,1947. In 1970, he graduated from the Faculty of Economy, University of Zagreb. As of 1973 he has been working in Jadranska banka. First, he worked at the post of lending officer at the Office for investments. From 1981 to 1990 he was the chief of the Office for investments within the Bank's Lending department. In 1994 he became the general  director of Jadranska banka. From 1995 he has been the President of Jadranska banka's  Management board .     Marija Trlaja B.Econ.         Assistant management's president Year of birth: 1960.   Marija Trlaja  was born in  Šibenik on 5  May,1960.   In 1982, she graduated from the Faculty of Economy, University of Split. The whole of her work life, that is 25 years, she spent with Jadranska banka by working at  different  posts, starting from monitoring the Bank's funds and liquidity to managing planning an analysis operations  and managing accounting and auditing operations. She worked for 5 years as the main internal auditor and acquired  necessary additional vocations: 1999- Internal auditor-specials for banks (a certificate issued by ZFRD of Croatia- Internal auditing section as well as in 2000 the Certified auditor (a certificate issued by the Croatian Association of Auditors) She has been  appointed a member of the Bank's Management board  in December 2004.     Mirko Goreta, LL.B.         Member of management Year of birth: 1971.   Mirko Goreta  was born in Šibenik on 27 July 1971. In 1999, he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Split.  He has been working for the Bank since 1994 , starting from the post of  legal officer at the Department for legal operations. From 2003 to 2004, he was  a autonomous legal officer. In 2004, following the dissolution of the Council and the Government of the City of Šibenik, he was appointed the commissioner of the Government of Croatia for Šibenik. In 2005,  he worked as the management counselor and from 2005 to March of 2008 he was an executive director  for  legal affairs. He has been  appointed a member of the Bank's Management board  in March  2008.
